| Conducting monthly Executive Committee meetings |
- to discuss plan remedial measures for various problems and issues facing the sector“
- to review the developments in the sector- to review the results of various steps taken to resolve the issues and plan alternatives.
- to assign tasks to various office bearers and/or committees and periodically review the progress.
- Presenting the problems and issues and suggesting remedial actions to the concerned ministries, heads of the Government departments (MAUD, Revenue etc), government bodies (GHMC, HMDA, UDA) , Institutions, Boards etc through personal meetings/delegations and/or written representations.
- Securing membership in various government bodies, boards and committees, present and discuss problems and issues and secure suitable solutions.
- Organizing guest speakers sessions on relevant issues for the benefit of the members.
- Encouraging manufactures and suppliers of new building products to arrange pre and post product launch sessions and negotiate price offers.
- Conducting national and international visits of the members to have first hand knowledge of the developments and latest trends in the real-estate
- Arbitrate and resolve the disputes within the members and disputes between members and others stake holders on their request.
- Encourage the members to fallow the code of ethics.
- Encouraging members to take up welfare activities for the benefit of economically weaker sections in the field of education etc
